Hi, I’m the Easter Bilby. Douglas and Lisa just got back from Port Douglas, Queensland and I thought, as the official Easter Bilby, that I’d let you know that the mates made it back fine and dandy. Why not an Easter Rabbit, you ask? Well,
rabbits breed, er like rabbits, so they are not endangered. Us Bilbies on the other hand don’t have many defense mechanisms and breed a lot slower, some eco folks started a movement a couple of years ago to rid ourselves of those over proliferating bunnies and replace them with someone who needs your support. So… Happy Easter, and support your Bilby friends. I will be helping Lisa and Douglas around the apartment in the meantime keeping them safe and healthy. God Bless!
